Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Balm (born on November 24 in 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a politician, and a television host on MSNBC, a frequent contributor for The Huffington Post, and the former co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have decided to stop the show in the month of May 2021. This was in order for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball is a co-host with Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on various networks' programs, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time together with Bill Maher. Ball is currently engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball credits her ongoing interest in politics and her experiences as a new mother in the 2008 primaries. She also watched the US presidential election from Jordan as she was working in Jordan. She saw the effects it had on residents of her home country and was inspired to understand the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District during the 2010 elections. However, she was defeated by Rob Wittman. She was host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show she co-hosted from June 2012 until August 2015. She founded the People's House Project in May 2017 to promote Democratic causes.
